Team Building:

In networking, you have the right to recruit and build up your own team of people by recommending your business and sharing the income benefits with other people.
These people you recruit can live anywhere in the UK, as well as Holland and Germany!

The people you recruit start up their own business but become part of your team. However, rather than have to deal through you, all of the distributors in your team will deal and place order with Head Office direct. This inovative step has massive time implications for you, because whether you have recruited one couple in your team .. or one thousand, you never have to deal with them and so can continue (should you so choose), to build your business in your spare time only.

Why do you want to recruit other people?

Your business turnover (and therefore your progression through the business plan) becomes based on the total business placed by you and everyone in your team each period! It is actually your Group Sales that determines which discount level you will earn on the income scale at each period, not the retail do yourself.

To keep things simple, all examples in this plan are based on people doing £1,000 a period (10 - 12 hours a week work).

(As we saw in example 1 a personal retail of £1,000 a period puts you at 27% and makes you £270)

You have recruited three people into your 'Money Club'
